Due to popular demand, we have made it possible for administrators to reset a student's password. This feature is useful in situations where a student is no longer able to access their email accounts used to register or if they are unable to, for some reason, receive the password reset email. All an admin needs to do now is edit the student's account as usual and then click on the 'Change Password' tab. Student can also receive and email indicating that their password has been changed.
